Our Spindle Repair Process

We follow a systematic and transparent process to repair and rebuild spindles. Each spindle is handled with care, tested thoroughly, and reassembled with high-precision tools.

Incoming Inspection

  1. Noise or vibration

  2. Overheating

  3. Broken tool holders

  4. Burnt motor windings

  5. Unusual sound at RPM​​

  6. A preliminary inspection report is created.

Spindle Collection or Pickup

  1. We arrange pickup or accept delivery of damaged spindle.

  2. Basic details like machine model, symptoms, and spindle type are collected.

Disassembly

  1. Spindle is disassembled using cleanroom methods.

  2. All internal components (bearings, shaft, housing, drawbar, etc.) are removed and checked.

Fault Diagnosis

  1. Shaft Runout Check
